My name is Tiwanna and I am a mortgage professional with over 15 years of finance operations experience. An avid traveler and stationery enthusiast.  Come on in and get comfortable. I am letting you into a glimpse of all the moving parts that keep my house running.

My most prized role is being a mother. I never imagined being a mom but it has been an adventure I wouldn’t trade for anything. My sons are my pride and joy.

I am a planner who loves mixing function and fun; I am new to digital planning but I don’t think I could trade my pen and paper in completely. There is something about putting pen to paper that makes it real. 

Mz DottCalm’s House Keys was birth from my desire to share what I have learned being a planner and mortgage professional.

This site is going to be a look into all the things that make up Tiwanna aka Mz DottCalm. We will share tips and tricks on planning, goal setting and journaling.

I will be share information on how to prepare for purchasing your first home. How to keep your home and breaking down the all the lingo.

I am an advent traveler so I will be sharing information on the places I have traveled.
